Branson Zipline Construction Update

[singlepic id=40 w=320 h=240 float=left]We are only a few days removed from breaking ground at Branson Zipline and already have a few updates to report. There isn’t a lot to see in terms of actual ziplines yet, but we have posted a variety of pictures that highlight the sort of terrain you can expect to experience along our Ozark Mountain ecological tour. Towering trees, trickling creek beds and even a cave opening or two are highlighted and can be seen along what will eventually be our first official course.

As far as tangible progress, we have made headway on the road that will eventually lead from the property entrance, but undoubtedly the best story we have from construction so far has to be one of our minor mishaps.
The hills of the Ozarks are well known for their beauty, though one of our employees found out the hard way that the area hills can also serve as a master teacher in terms of the unforgiving laws of physics as he flipped backward head over heels and off his four-wheeler. Luckily, no serious damage was done… and we were able to capture the moment on camera!
Not surprisingly, there is an overwhelming amount of tasks to take care of and not much else to share at the moment. Of course, don’t hesitate to leave any comments or questions, and be sure to check back soon to keep updated on the progress!

Glad no one was hurt, but what an awesome picture! Your photographer deserves major credit for a quick shutter finger.

I really like the surrounding area – can see why the construction team would have its share of adventures though! Looks like a great location overall.
